BIM 

Taiar also offers electrical BIM modeling and coordination services from small models to large models.

The difference between an object in a 3D model and an object in a BIM model is that in a 3D model, the object has no information, while in a BIM model, the object has information embedded in it.

Example of an object in electrical BIM model: A cable ladder in BIM has information about the width of the cable ladder, the length of the cable ladder, the type of material it is made of, the height from the floor to the bottom of the cable ladder, the floor it is on, the thickness of the cable ladder, the phase of the project it is in, such as LOD 200, etc.

The possibilities for having the information you want on the object in the BIM model are endless. This information can be used effectively, for example, during the construction phase, to take out quantities for the cable ladder so that you can have orders for what you need, etc.
